By accessing the application, website, or associated neural character dialogue systems (Nyora - AI Roleplay & Chat), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Creation
To access Nyora, you affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and at least 13 years old (or at least 16 years old if residing in the European Economic Area). If you are under the required age, you may not use Nyora under any circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.
2. Nature of the Service & AI Disclaimer
Nyora is a software platform designed for interactive text-based creative roleplay, narrative exploration, and virtual companionship powered by artificial intelligence language models.
- Fictional Nature of Personas: All AI characters, personalities, backstories, and statements encountered on Nyora are simulated fictional entities. They do not possess consciousness, real-world autonomy, or feelings.
- No Professional Advice: Statements and text responses generated by AI characters do not represent professional medical, psychological, legal, psychiatric, or financial counsel. Never disregard professional guidance based on text output generated within the Service.
- Generative Variability: AI characters synthesize replies based on complex statistical probabilities. While safety filters are implemented, outputs may occasionally be unexpected, dramatic, or fictional in scope.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Code of Conduct
You agree to use Nyora solely for lawful, constructive, and creative personal purposes. You shall not submit prompts or configure characters that:
- Promote child exploitation, sexual abuse of minors, or harm to children in any textual form.
- Depict, encourage, or instruct self-harm, suicide, or violence against any real-world person or group.
- Promote hate speech, severe harassment, stalking, defamation, or non-consensual sharing of private personal data (doxxing).
- Impersonate actual living individuals without their verifiable authorization or create non-consensual intimate roleplay scenarios involving real people.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, extract neural weights, or bypass security barriers and rate limits.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain ownership of the original text prompts, custom character descriptions, world lore, and dialogue scenarios that you author within Nyora.
License to Nyora: You grant Nyora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license strictly to process, host, cache, transmit, and display your content to provide, secure, and maintain the conversational service for your account.
Platform IP: All proprietary neural architectures, interfaces, trademarks, graphic assets, logos, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nyora AI Technologies.
5. Subscriptions, Tokens & Digital Purchases
Nyora may offer optional premium subscription tiers, higher context token allowances, and expanded character forge slots. All transactions are handled securely through the applicable mobile app store billing platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and cancellation rules.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle within your app store account settings.
6. Suspension & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Nyora immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the safety of our ecosystem.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
NYORA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR UNINTERRUPTED CONVERSATIONAL AVAILABILITY.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NYORA AI TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
