We maintain a firm, unwavering policy: we do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal text conversations, custom character designs, prompt histories, or private roleplay narratives to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

To provide responsive, context-aware text character dialogues and preserve your continuity across sessions, we collect and process the following categories of data:
a. Dialogue Inputs & Character Parameters
- Text Roleplay Exchanges: The text messages, narrative prompts, scenario selections, and creative actions you submit during roleplay interactions with AI characters.
- Persona Forge Blueprints: Custom character descriptions, opening scenario greetings, personality trait matrices, backstory lore, and tone parameters configured in the Persona Forge.
- Episodic Memory Buffers: Key contextual milestones, user preferences, and relationship lore identified during text roleplays to maintain persistent character recall across visits.
b. Account Credentials & Transaction Details
- Account authentication credentials (e.g., Apple ID, Google Sign-In, or verified email identifiers).
- In-app token balances, subscription tier status, and messaging quotas.
- Payment confirmation receipts issued securely through official app store payment platforms (Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing). We never store raw credit card numbers or financial account credentials on our servers.
c. Telemetry & System Health
- Client hardware model, operating system build, client network latency, and app version metrics used solely to route requests to the closest neural compute cluster.

- Automated Text Safety Filtering: Text inputs pass through automated safety filters designed to detect and block abusive content, illegal material, and policy-violating prompts.
4. Intellectual Property & User Autonomy
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, you retain ownership of your original user-crafted text prompts, scenario descriptions, and custom character backstories.
You grant Nyora a limited, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to store, parse, index, and generate responsive character texts within your personal account workspace.
5. User Control & Data Erasure
You possess complete sovereignty over your conversational history:
- In-App Chat Thread Deletion: You can clear individual message bubbles or delete entire character chat histories directly within the application at any time.
- Permanent Account Deletion: You have the right to permanently erase your account, all associated persona parameters, and memory banks. Simply submit your deletion request to our privacy desk at [email protected]. All associated cloud records will be irrecoverably wiped within 30 days.
6. Security Standards

7. Minor Protection (COPPA & GDPR-K)
